1. ผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน
คำขอคืนเงินให้ยื่นตามช่องทางในใบเสร็จหรือหน้าชำระเงินก่อน หาก Lemon Squeezy เป็นผู้ประมวลผลการชำระเงิน ขั้นตอนและสิทธิ์อาจอยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขของ Lemon Squeezy
2. เครดิตที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้
สำหรับแพ็กเครดิตแบบครั้งเดียว เราจะพิจารณาคืนเงินกรณีเครดิตยังไม่ได้ใช้และคำขอส่งภายใน 14 วันนับจากการซื้อ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นกับการตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อและข้อกำหนดของผู้ประมวลผล
3. เครดิตที่ใช้แล้ว
เครดิตที่ใช้เรียกโมเดล AI แล้วอาจไม่สามารถคืนได้ เพราะมีต้นทุนจากผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

1. Payment provider
Start a refund request through the receipt or checkout support channel. If Lemon Squeezy processes the payment, its terms and process may apply.
2. Unused credits
For one-time credit packs, we may review requests made within 14 days of purchase when the credits remain unused, subject to order verification and the payment provider’s terms.
3. Used credits
Credits already used to call AI providers may not be refundable because they incur third-party costs.
